Zucchini Casserole

Thank you Mary Alice D. This is the best (and easiest) veggie side dish.

4 cups sliced zucchini (can do zucchini and yellow squash), cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mayonnaise
1 diced onion (large chop)
1 cup parmesean cheese
1 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 350. 

Combine all ingredients except butter and bread crumbs. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
